We are a family ranging three generations that have now taken over the former Mill on Cross St to create a unique and exciting dining experience. We have chefs with combined experience over 100 years, we have management that are specifically trained to ensure your night is an experience - not just an evening and combined with the inputs of award winning consultant chefs we have created a fantastic place for you to come and enjoy!
Our Aim
The cuisine of South Asia is explored by our chefs, allowing you to experience tastes and techniques covering thousands of miles, resulting from years of perfecting.The exquisite flavours of our creations are hand crafted and have been attained through the use of carefully sourced ingredients, using the finest free range, natural and traditional Asian ingredients and classic cooking techniques and evolving into dishes for the pleasure of your distinguished palate.
Both traditional styles of cooking and creative flair are celebrated within our menu allowing us to offer time-honoured dishes to satisfy and innovative meals to thrill.
Our chefs have drawn from their clever passion for food to create several contemporary and quite simply, delectable dishes, ensuring the Qarma menu is a culinary triumph. We believe the art of Indian cookery lies not in high spicing but in the subtle use of delicate spices to enhance the dormant flavors and subdue the undesirable ones.
Qarma" in concept is a sum of all effects of all actions that actively create past, present and future experiences, and, if intentions were good, can liberate one to nirvana.
